Yeah I think we have the 46RE but I'm not quite sure. Either way it will work with your R/T because I bought for my 00 R/T. Just never had the proper tools to hook it up. And I didn't feel like paying $200+ to have installed.

The Caltracs go for $300 brand new for Dakotas. Shift kit I last checked was around $90. Good deal.

I jsut know I almost jumped in on a buy a couple of years ago for the bars shipped, $250.
Second hand, I would think they are only worth $150-$175 or so.
