Yesterday after work I tried to load A big steel box into the bed of my DAK. after getting it halfway in the bed using A tow motor I had to set it down to move the forks back to push it the rest of the way in. before I could get back under it with the tow motor, I saw the box start moving down. By then it was too late, my tailgate lost the war.It was bent bad enough that the latches would not touch the post in the bed.When I got home I took the tailgate off the jumped up and down on the tailgate to straighten it out enough to close.
These brain cramps followed by DUMB attacks are going to be the death of me.
Sorry I Just had to vent.

I've never seen a tailgate bend w/o atleast some vehicle moving into something not moving. How heavy was that box?!

Alot heavier than I thought. the box was 6'long 2'deep and and 2' wide. It also had buss bar connections and cable all inside it.
