Message: Before I got my Quad Cab I was planning to get a Gibson single swept side exhaust for it. Now that I have the truck I have to say that the sound of the stock exhaust system is decent. The truck has a pretty nice rumble to it. I am still planning to get the Gibson but I wonder how much louder it will be.
Message: Judging from my last post, "Gibson exhaust-best deal_, I would say a few of us should be able to tell you soon. Per a call to Gibson today, the single side-swept is the performance way to go. You have to read between the lines on what they say about each system, but if you don't need two tailpipes (which I really love the way that looks), their single will run best.
