hi everyone, i am looking for the best and cheapest way to get tires for my truck. i have the 17" r/t rims and the tires are shot. i want to know what is the best tire for the best price to put on these rims and if anyone in toronto area could hook me up with a good deal, i would really appreciate it. Since university is costing me so much this year, especially a spot to park my vehicle at school (700 dollars) i don't have that much to spend and that's why i am asking some fellow dakota owners and specialists! any help would be fantastic! izey@rogers.com

check your local shops for KUMHO ECSTA series, i got them for 90 a piece through the dealership i work for. maybe they can give em to ya for around 100...

I put a set of Dunlop sport rover GTX tires on my R/T rims very aggressive tread if you plan on using them in the snow
165 cdn each
FMS injectors, Autolites,clear corners,V8 TB ,
Pro Comp es9000,Airraid intake with 97 air hat, R/T Rims
S-bolt mod, relocated IAT

on this subject i have the 15X8 wheels on my sport, they currently have 255/65/r15. does any one have any suggestions as to what other sizes i can put on? will 235/75 s fit the rim?

thanks guys, dakdar darryl those are the tires i originally wanted but they are a little out of my budget right now. they look nice though and would be better for winter. i am gonna check out the kumho's....

I got the nitto's on my r/t wheels. 255/50/17. They are a bad ass tire. Not only do they grip a lot better, but they do perform in the water. So far I am happy with them. I broke them in a lil today:) And they be livin up!
