 Subject: replacing a windshield

To all,
Luckily, this is in reference to my Chrysler Town and Country, not my Dak!! Anyway, anyone out there ever replaced a windshield? I am wondering if this is a fairly easy evolution or a pain in the a@#. I am not a master mechanic, but know enough to do moderate repairs and maintenance. The windshield on my van is friggin' huge, I know it will not be a 1-2 hour job, but, need to save some $, hope to do it myself, with the help of a salvage yard that can give me a new windshield at moderate cost. Any replies are greatly appreciated!!!
