welcome! If you have adobe on your programs you can call the file up there and make it whatever size you want.

If you have a fast internet connection, you can download a 30 day trial copy of Paint Shop Pro (about 31megs). This graphics program can probably do about 80% of what you can do with Photo Shop. I personally use it in preference to Photo Shop .. for my web graphics. It is very easy to resize using it.

If you have Microsoft Office, check to see if you have Microsoft Photo Editor installed. It will also resize your pics.
