Message: I didn't put in the factory fogs, I put in some Pilot fog lights that are the same size (4 inch diameter). It took about 2 hours to install with a break. Not really too tough. The hole is very easy to cut. Just get either a dremel or a 4 inch hole saw (which is what I did) and cut the valence where the inserts are now. That's probably the easiest part of the hole project. There are some pics of the process on my website.
