do you guys know where to get besides the price raping dealer to get frt wheel bearings for a 01 2wd dak? Will bearings from a 99 fit, just like the lower/upper ball joints fit from a '99?

Update: local dodge raper wants $160.00 for the front bearing. They told me it only comes with the hub and bearing!! Someone please help me out!!!

Well thanks for all of the help. Hey good luck when you need frt bearings, I found mine, just bearing not the whole hub assembly, happy hunting when you try to find yours. Saved over 140 bucks a side. Hopefully when you post for the same problem sometime in the future, you wont get the same response I did.

I know its aggrevating when nobody returns posts...sometimes they just don't know and I have many unanswered posts on this board so I know how you feel.
Getting pissed off about the situation isn't going to help it any.

I know, it was just fustrating thats all, everyone has been very informative, tough weekend working on the dak.
Anyways, I will post the part #'s(bearings) I bought from Advance Auto, ironically the only place that tried to cross ref. a timken number. I will post my findings hopefully later tonight.

SO here's the update. For a 2001 2wd dak, go to Advance auto, and ask for PTC bearing # 513058. They cost me like $22. per side. Then take your hub assembly to a shop, pay the 20 bucks to get new ones pressed in. I apologize for the rant before new dak was fustrating.
