Am I correct in understanding that it's a pseudo-R/T? I noticed in your profile it says you have the 318 powerplant? I thought R/T's were specifically 360s?

Yes, that's no secret...however, the truck is WAY beyond being stock (and progressively more so as time goes on...)
When I was looking to buy a Dak in '97, I was already aware of the sim's and differences (or not) of the 5.2 and 5.9 Magnum from the Ram. Thinking ahead, I wanted the most flexible combination I could get (avoiding a more-long winded explanation.) A lot of parts weren't available (nor were R/T's) so I made/scrounged/modified a lot of things to get results I wanted, including the exterior. I'm not trying to spoof, I'm very happy-besides, the soul of the machine is by far the most important asset. I'd rather win races than dispute badges.
I hope that clears the air. Let's talk again soon-for now I have to climb into my 99 Neon RT and go get the groceries. Later not too much later-
