wow.. thought i was the only one. I would also like to know. Oh by the way. I havent changed out my tstat to the 180 yet but when i was installing my intake a couple weeks ago, i reached down to the lower radiator hose and when i touched the clamp, it fell apart. It scared the hell out of me so i gathered all 3 peices and inspected them and they looked fine... other than that they were a little black, almost like how burnt metal would look like. So i replaced it with a hose clamp. Anyone have a clue why it might have broke??
