Ok, the instructions say ground one wire (duh), provide a constant 12v source (battery), and the other line goes to what? It says a 12v fuse or a fuse box or something like that. Where does it go specifically? Any and all help would be great. thanx.

It's for the weather alert service. It needs to go to a constant 12V source.

The wire in question would need to go to A power source that can be turned on and off ( ingition switch, or A circuit that is turned off when the truck is off ) like your FM radio. This keeps the battery from draining down if you accidentially leave the radio on when you exit the truck.

Bryan...
So would i really need to hook it up? I mean as long as i made sure i turned it off every time, that wire in question wouldn't be needed. Right???

The first wire to battery is for the memory, the second wire to 12v fused is for off- on use. hook it up right and you wont fry anything.
