Message: I have one, great quality. There a little expensive but they are painted to match. They clamp on to the bed so theres no holes. Not one problem the whole time i've had it.
I wanted to sell mine a while back for cheap but no one wanted it. I'm saving to get a supercharger and needed the cash.

Message: Ross, it means the bedliner doesn't go over the rails. Under the rail lines stop right under the rail of your bed. Over the rail liners cover the rails for protection, but may take away from the clean look of the bed. If you use your bed for hauling routinely - over the rail is a better choice. If you're putting a liner in and thinking about a tunneau cover, you should go under the rail.
