Well I begged and pestered and begged some more for a company who I have done business with in the past to make some 16x8 wheels in the 6x4.5 bolt pattern for a dakota/durango. After much haggling the wheels are done and released. I purchased some the day they were released to resellers and I plan on wrapping some 275/70/R16 BFG radial t/a's around them this next week when the tires come in (had to order them :-(. Anyway the wheels are chrome plated, cost about $1000.00 for all 4 with shipping/handling taxes, lugs, valve stems etc. which isnt bad considering the quality and they look sweet. Here are the pics:

I believe the backspacing is 15mm but im not completely sure on that. I will look into it and let you know....

You talking about the stud holes or the actual holes in the wheel as part of the design? You would rather have them be solid metal all the way around? Im not following you I guess....

I like 'em...simple, yet attractive...and less filling ;-) I was afraid that they were going to be one of those weird, swirling, Darth Vader Star Wars kind of wheels that really DO look silly.
