I'm getting a fault code for this and was wondering where it is located and what it looks like. THanks for the help.

It is in the rear differential housing next to the exciter ring which is attached to the ring gear.

To build on RonW's answer, it is mounted on the top of the housing and can be removed and cleaned. Sometimes that works and sometimes it makes it worse. We just replaced the one on my son's R/T. It cost $35 and that fixed the codes.
