Message: How the HECK do you guys recommend getting tree sap off the paint and windshield? Any suggestions totally welcome...I have tried Bug and Tar Remover by Turtle Wax with no luck (or just not enough elbow grease and patience). One buddy suggested gasoline (on the windshield not the+ paint job). Another suggested stripping off the wax??? Any special secrets I should know?

Message: I have always used kerosene. I just put some in my soap and water and wipe it all down. It will not hurt anything. It is also good for taking off tar and those tough bugs.

Message: I have heard WD-40 works. Spray it on and wipe it off.
