I have the factory 16" wheels on my 02 that came with the tire and handling package and was wondering if you can chrome plate or dip these wheels. If you can does anybody know who does it and about how much it would cost??

Yes you can chrome your original wheels, I think that there should be local shops in about any area that will do it, and it costs about $100 each wheel.
