Message: I couldn't find the original post, but I figured I'd post this anyway. The story about the Ford tech that took the Mustang Cobra made Fark.com and here is the link to the artical.

It's a bit slow to load because of all the Fark traffic, but it's worth the wait. It makes me sick that the shop doesn't want to offer any compensation to the 'stang owner. Maybe they will get a lot of emails from readers since there is a link to Northside Ford.

Message: Yeah I heard about this one a couple weeks ago... Its a real shame to here about that crap though, cause my dad has always put a good word in with ford service over the years. But I guess every company has there bad apple.
I dont understand though, is it the dealer itself that refused to compinsate the owner or ford itself? I know that dealership lost its SVT rights, and ill be willing to bet Rousch and Saleen along with it.

Message: Thats funny he got busted, he deserves it. I think that it is crap they didnt do more for the owner. It isnt to smart for that guy to post crap lik that if he does it, because if it is her first stang she is more then likly look around the net for stuff about her car, that is how i found this site.
I thought about how mothers feed their babies with tiny little spoons and forks, so I wondered what do Chinese mothers use? Toothpicks?

Message: I had a local dealer with a mechanic i trusted do my tranny pull and replace. When I got the truck back there was some fresh rubber on the rear qtr pnls... I was kinda upset, but only since they got to have fun while i was limiting myself for a 500 mile breakin.
I didn't make it to 500... at 462 miles I was at the track making some passes :)

Message: That fking pisses me off. Dealers find ways to blame an aftermarket part for causing a problem. They never fix a problem when their is one, and they manage to break something in the process of repairing. I for one will never go to a dealer even though I have 30k left on my warrenty. It's a crock of sht. I hope this guy gets his head chewed off and sued.

Message: A few years ago i received a firestone card in the mail. With it came 3 free oil changes and tire rotates. On my first FREE oil change i made my apointment it was for 400pm.Then i went to get a bite and on my return to the store. I seen my iroc sitting in the lot. I was like WOW it is done as i was walking in to the store. Then seen a mech come out of the shop door caring oil. And then watched him walk over to my car pop the hood and start pouring. I was P_Off ran over and told him to STOP and ask him what the he$% are you doing? He looked at me with a dum look on his face he said. (putting oil in ) Then i said in the parking lot? Then he ads when we get busy we drain and change filter then drive to lot and add oil. well after i scream and yelled at the manger and poilitely told me that it would not hurt it and all the chev dealers. I called said the same i left never to return with about 5 poeple waiting to get ther cars serviced. And then less then 10,000 miles later with only 72,000 on it i had a tick in the valve train and a deep in wrist pin tick are thats what i believed it was. now if i get my oil changed i watch like a hawk never more then 20 feet from my truck.
