I'm considering trading my V6 SLT in for an '03 R/T - but no dealers in my area have any!!
I found one dealer about an hour north of me who has a graphite colored one, but that's it.
Do they just not stock that many?

It may be that the dealers just haven't received many of their 2003s in stock yet. It is still pretty early in the 2003 model year so if you wait another month or so you may have more luck in finding what you want. Then again, you can always order one from the factory and get it made exactly to your specs.

Ummm, THere not making the RT any more. GOOD luck finding an 03 they dont make them. SO eather the dearler is feading you a line of crap, or it is a 02 or older. Your going to have to most likely buy used.

No, they are making them. Got to the Dodge website and you can configure one. The only dealer that I've found actually has 2 Graphite colore '03s on the lot.

I think most of it has to do w/ the demand of them...since they're pretty expensive they're probably assuming not many people will buy em in a smaller town. Now in a city like Dallas where I'm at they'd probably sell alot more so they keep a few in stock. Your best bet is find a major city close to you or just order it.

You know, why don't you have your local dealer order it for you and get exactly what you want on the truck. I mean, it's a 2003, you have to pay for delivery no matter what. When you walk into a dealer and tell them this is what you want and for this much (invoice and incentives/rebates) they'll know you mean business too. Think, one built just for you that no one else has drivin, or one that's been on the lot for a few weeks, for the same price.
And if you care, the window sticker will even say your name on it!
Graphite is such a sweet fkin colour!

Just look at two here at northwest dodge last week they both had chrome wheels and factory tonneaus on them as for everthing else its the same they have a black one and a red one i ask about the new look thats on the dodge site and they didnt know when that kit would come out yet maybe by the end of the year

I'll sell you mine for $14,000 (under factory warranty still with 17,000 miles). That should leave you enough money so you wouldn't have to trade in you v-6 (as I bet they offer you some insanely low trade in anyway on an invoice +$300 deal.) Besides you can't get no Solar Yellow anymore and 2000 was the best year IMO.
