Subject: Which Air Filter?? IP: Logged
Message: I've decided to keep my stock airbox and can't decide which air filter to drop in... The K&N or the AMSOIL, or somthing else??
I've heard the K&N has better airflow, but the AMSOIL has better filtration.
I am concerned with good filtration, but also with an eye towards any improvement in milage I can get.
Thanks for any and all opinions on this!

Message: Amsoil or any other brand of open cell foam. Why snadblast the inside of your engine if you do not have to.If you expect to rebuild the engine at 120,000 then get the K&N if you like your engines to last a bit longer then that get the Amsoil.
