I think you're talking about the 5spd manual and a shifter change, right?
Others have installed the Hurst shifter, it takes a little modding to fit/work in the 4.7Dak. I"ve got some posts from here about it.
But I'd wait until someone who has done it posts, haven't done mine yet, still thinking about it. If needed, e-mail me and I'll try and get you the instruction posts.
