Subject: Tires for a '97 Sport
IP: Logged

Message:
Hey everyone- I know its a little early to be thinking of winter- but I need some new tires and would like to kill 2 birds with one stone.

I drive on a lot of snow covered roads, often times towing a trailer.

My truck is a '97 Sport 4x2 5 speed.

What kind of tires should I get that would be good in the snow?

Should I just wait till november and get a set of 4 dedicated snows? Or is there an All Season tire that provides good snow grip?

Im currently running Cooper Cobra 225/70/15 on the truck, should I goto a 215/75/15 instead? Again, im looking for the best grip I can get in snow.

I know this is a long post- thank you all for any comments.
-John
