OK I guess its time to ask before i rush off to the dealer next week and get this thing looked at. My front End feels as if its slding back and fourth during acceletation and braking. I can feel the stearing wheel push up when you apply the breaks and it moves back down after acceleration only a slight movment in the wheel but its sure annoying. I thought it could be the control arms loose but everything there seams to be tight. Any ideas to try???

I noticed mine does that too under hard acceleration while running through the gears. I am pretty sure it's the rubber bushings in the suspension flexing under the torque load. Having a 4x4 makes it worse because of the larger suspension travel.

My Mustang drag car was really bad when I torque strapped the motor to the frame. I replaced the rubber bushings with polyurethane and that helped.

Thank you for that note I was a little worried I might have a nasty problem growing under the hood of my truck. I guess I might look into polyurethane bushing and see if that helps.
