 Subject: IAT removal

I am relocating my IAT. after you remove the connector, there is a plastic piece left on top. How do you remove that? Or do you get a long enough socket to go over. Thank you for any help.

I just used an open ended wrench (a crescent wrench will work too) ... 3/4" I think it is. Maybe 5/8"
