 Subject: Fender Flares for SLT

I have a 2WD CC SLT that's painted Forest Green/Silver two tone. I've gone to 275/60/15 tires and they stick out just a bit. I've decided to get a set of fender flares for it.
The question I have is do I go for silver flares or green to match the body? I've seen 4x4's in the same color trim and I think the silver flares stick out on the green body. I found one truck that has the green flares over the silver lower trim and it doesn't look too bad. Any thoughts?

I have a Patriot Blue and Silver two-tone. My flares are silver.
The problem I would see with doing with the vehicle color (green in your case) is that the flares would be that color (green) at the bottom where the silver is across the bottom of the truck. That might look a little strange.
Of course thinking and seeing are two different things.

I'm with Bobby. Personally I think it would look better to have the flares match the silver on a two tone truck. Just my two cents.

Don't know how to post a pic of my truck, but I installed silver on my two tome white over silver QC SLT, with the Tire and handlinf group, those 16x8's stuck out some before my factory flare edition. It looks GREAT!

Mike, that's an awesome looking truck. Bet it runs good too. =)
My thoughts have been that with the darker primary paint, the silver flares are more of a sore spot than the little bit of dark fender down in the silver area.
