Subject: mileage IP: Logged
Message: I was just wondering if someone could tell me if my odometer is wrong. since i upgraded my tires from 235/75/15 to 31" i noticed that i was going faster than my speedometer was reading so i figure that my odometer is off also.

Message: Yes, your odometer will be off by the same amount as your speedometer. Should read about 10% low based on your tire change.
You can get it corrected by either having the dealer reprogram your computer for the new tire size (99 and newer, factory available tire sizes only), replace the speedo gears (98 and older only), or try an aftermarket recalibrator (superlift and KRC both sell one).
