To all that made it to the 1st Ohio Dak Meet.It was GREAT!!! I have always felt like you guys were my "friends" in cyber-space , now I have a face to go with the name. And I count you now as FRIENDS!! I had a great time , there was a total of 27 trucks , and best of all, were the drivers and their passengers. Some as far away as 6 hours!! I cant wait until next year , and I hope it wont be as hot.

Thanks for hosting an awesome get together Ken. I made it home OK but that had to be the longest 1.5 hours of my life. All the trucks were awesome and I got alot of ideas for things I want but can't afford.

Just got in, My wife and I had a wonderful time today at the meet, the friendliness of everyone was great. Really enjoyed seeing all the different trucks altogether. And like you said it's nice to put faces with a name.
Thank you both for your time and effort in putting this meet together we will be looking forward to next years event.
Also enjoyed the Park and the view from the cliffs.

Thanks for putting the cruise together. I made it back to Cincinnati just fine. Also thanks for all the ideas and experiences you guys had to share. Hopefully I was of some help to some of the Gen II crowd too.

It was nice to find a central, Ohio dakota club. Everyone that I met was very nice and made me feel like I had been there the whole time. I will have a website up soon with pictures of my truck and some info. Thanks a lot and I will be there on time next year.

Too bad we didn't have the longest drive contest this year cause I think I would've took the cake...lol. I had great time out there and definately worth the drive. Just to see people gawking at our dakota parade through town and that poor guy sitting in the park alone on his tacoma with dakota envy made it worthwhile alone. I'm glad I finally got to put some faces to the names and you guys are honestly some of the friendliest people I've ever met. Thanks.

BTW, Kile welcome to the club!!! I know I've seen clear taillights on ebay for the genII's but I haven't seen anything for the front clear corners...Try posting this question on the custom style board. You probably get more help there.

I loved every minute of it!!!! Yeah,that guy in the Tacoma looked pretty lonely and it was cool when he drove by and just looked straight ahead...you could see the envy on his face. Hey! I can't thank Ken and Howdy for organizing such a great event! That's what this site's all about, gettin' a bunch of daks together and just talking shop and seeing what everybody's done to their trucks. Plus, I have never figured out what Born2steel had until I saw it. That is one sweet truck. Between him and bluetwister we had some inforcers. All in all a FANTASTIC day and I'd do it anytime. Thanks again to Howdy, Ken and everybody who showed up.

Jason, That lady that drove buy had a thicker mustache than I had and probably more of something else...lol. Thanks for the compliment Zach. You got a good looking GenII. We kinda had our own little parade down Hwy 33 until I had to pull off for gas. Everybody out there had some sweet daks. I think we were fully represented except for the GenI. Thanks to everyone that came, my cousin and I had a blast.

Yall need to come on down to TN and make a meet down here in Memphis or something....there's a whole lot more modded trucks down here including lowered and lifted trucks. It would be awesome....Memphis would be the best place because anybody from Tn, Alabama, Missisipii, Arkansas and such could come. Just giving my thoughts for next years.....

Lindsey I just seen clear corners for the GenII on ebay. Just go to ebay motors and do a search for "Dodge dakota clear corners". They're going for about $33 plus shipping. Thats probably the cheapest that you'll find them.
