Last night I did 105mph on a little stretch of open road to see what my 93 4x4 Dakota w/318, 3.55's, 4spd(O/D)auto tranny could do and somewhere around 85-95mph my engine or tranny felt almost like it was hitting a "rough spot" where the engine wasnt too smooth for a few seconds. Could this have anything to do with switching weight oil(10W30 Valvoline Durablend to 15W40 Valvoline ALL FLEET) or changing o.e. plug wires to 8.5 MSD Super Conductors? Is it normal for a truck with 103,000mi?

Isn't ALL FLEET for diesel engines? That is what NAPA sells me for my diesel tractor. Anyway, I wouldn't think it would cause any "rough spots".
