how many people use this in there Dakotas? speedtweaks sells it and they use it in there tranny's but it says not to use Dexron/ Mercon ... so i wrote RP asking them to make sure and this is what they sent
Your transmission requires Mopar Type 7176 fluid (ATF+3) therefore we do not recommend using our Dexron/ Mercon type Max ATF fluid. At this time Royal Purple does not offer a Type 7176 fluid equivalent.
