Message: The following e-mail is a suckers virus scam, beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Klez.E is the most common world-wide spreading worm.It's very dangerous by corrupting your files.
Because of its very smart stealth and anti-anti-virus technic,most common AV software can't detect or clean it.
We developed this free immunity tool to defeat the malicious virus.
You only need to run this tool once,and then Klez will never come into your PC.
NOTE: Because this tool acts as a fake Klez to fool the real worm,some AV monitor maybe cry when you run it.

Message: Good job Eye T, another mess avoided.I got of my MICROSLOP box and got on my Red Hat Box (firewall) due to getting 5 virus e-mqails in the last 3 hours. That sucks.

Message: I got the virus 4 times in my email last week. I posted earlier about this possibly being sent by Jeff. They were sent to me when I was argueing with Jeff on the Twin Turbo thread so keep your eyes open and the antivirus on.

Message: I know, I down loaded this version of 7.3 last week on 1/2 speed DSL (768K) here in Germany. SSLLOOWW as Heck. Took 1 day per disk. I reset my Firewall/Server (this machine) last sunday. I do really like the 7.3 so far. I've got it on and AMD 1800+ (1533 in the real world) with 512 DDR mem and and ATA 100 HD and it smokes. Faster than any MICROSLOP box I've got.(and I've got a dual AMD MP 1800 2K server with 2 gig of memory that can't keep up.)

Message: I just downloaded neo trace pro from KazaA. Now if I can just figure out how to use it!! I get the maps and lots of traces , but it never telles me where it ends. I was kindda hoping it would put an "x" marks the spot kind of thing. I did get a fax number , but I don't know what good the info is doing me , when I can't understand it. It may as well be in Chinese. hehe

I work with Mark Hryckiewicz M-F, 9-5, at Bergen Capital as an Investment Banker. Last week I got the "Klez" virus and Mark and another IT guy at our firm spent the better part of a day fixing the problem. It infected 4 computers on our Intranet and that is with the IT guys noticing it hit the main server and shutting everything down prior to it infecting all our computers. Without their fast action it could have infected 30 +/- computers.
The reason i'm posting this is to let everyone know that Mark Hryckiewicz can help you too if you get this "vicious" virus.

Message: I have every Version that is popular, Red Hat 5.0 - 7.3, SuSE 3.1 - 8.0, Mandrake 5.1 - 7.3, LINDOWS(had to pay money for this one), CALDERA, and a whole bunch of old releases.
I don't care which one it is I prefer the first 3 above. It smokes WIMPOWS, and is SO MUCH MORE SECURE.

Lynn, I think this may be your email, I don't know for sure. I got this email from the link you posted on the dd website. If this is Lynn, then hear me out:
I would never send an email virus or any other type of bad bug. I do not do that. I read that thread at the dd site and you guys were accusing me. I didn't do it.
For your sake, and your friends I would concentrate on finding the person that actually is sending out this bad stuff. I'll help you out if you want, I know ways to trace these things; but I know you probably do as well .
See, i'm not trying to be mean anymore. So you can blame me and waste your time or find the real culpret, as there are many ppl that hated the move Mark made by making it so only members can post (just a hypothesis, I dont know that for sure).

Message: Kinda funny that most of us got this.
While my house is being built, I am staying at my parents, I just spent the best part of two days to update virus software, to try to rid my parents pc of this pos virus/worm.I ended up having to repair most software that this pos thing attached itself to. Found the W32 worm, and the W32 virus in 15 spots.Good luck to all.
