 Subject: Flowmaster to Dyno Max

After further consideration I am thinking of giving my flowmaster muffler to my buddy for his V-8 and putting on a Dynomax.
Question.
Since I already have my pipes dualed out the side, I am thinking I can just swap the Muffler and be on my way.
Does anyone know if this will be a problem?
