I think I am gonna wait, none of my pics are
decent enough, I got hit yesturday on the
freeway, going to school...looks like the bed is
toast, frame damage, cab was hit by the bed, I
am gonna have to get the whole thing re-
painted. after taking all this vikadin, and
muscle relaxers, I am ready to sue!!!
supercharger here I come! hopefully by the
time the dak is out of the shop, it will be
shaved and shiney! I watched the girl come at
me for about 10 seconds, I knew she was
going to hit me, and I had nowhere to go. she
slammed me at about 30mph, I didnt even
hear the brakes squeal. I braced myself as
hard as I could( probably the worst thing I
could have done) my neck, back, head legs
and arm muscles are tore up! please people,
pay attention when you drive!

My sympathies, Dude. RU sure you can salvage the Dak? Might be best to TOTAL and start afresh with an R/T next time...just a thought with the bent Frame and all. Get well soon...both of ya.

Yeah, maybe jeff was a good thing. Finally got me off my ass and registered! I was gone to Seattle for most of the Jeff thing, but I got to see the tail end of it. He's not the only one who needs to get around to a picture too. I think this weekend is going to be a time to Zaino.

frame is not too bad, can be straightened
easily, I need a new bed and a respray
though. I'm just glad it was a Honda accord
that hit me, and not 4000lb dakota ; ) could

so far i would say that our anticipated loss of clientele b/c of the shutdown has had the opposite effects....seems like a lot of people have actually signed on because of it. thanks for the support new guys (and gals as the case may be)

sorry to hear about your luck, I know how it is, I drive the free way every work week and there's a real bad bottle neck, but it seems people just don't get it through their head that they can't stop from 70mph in 6 feet. I was hit a few times too, once with my new truck, but just a tap, no damage.
What did the accord look like???

I know the feeling. I got rear-ended in my Jeep 2 years ago. The pud-knocker was trying to make it through a yellow light and didn't see traffic stopped ahead. I looked in my rear view just to see him about to hit me doing about 45 MPH. It seemed like everything happened in slow motion, but it was all over in a matter of a couple seconds. The moron had his wife and kids in the car with him. They seemed ok, but their car was totaled. The engine got pushed up into the firewall. I guess the crush zones worked for them..he he. I drove my Jeep home and then to the body shop.
