hey i was checking the inventory of dealers and i came upon a few 03 r/ts but the msrp on them is 27,840.is this more then the 02's???and thats not the final price right.

The invoice on my 2001 R/T was 25,900 but I got it for 23k. I've read where people got theirs new for as little as 21k.

The sticker price is easily negociable, my sticker was 19,750, I got mine for 15,650, but I just have a 4.7 rc, asd, manual dakota that hauls ass.
btw... good luck flashing that brief case full of benjamins in front of them :)
Just offer them an insanely low bid, and then when they deny, offer a reasonable bid which you can easily afford and when they deny that, walk away. They'll stop you. At least my dealer did :) and we worked something out.
