Haven't gotten mine yet either. Also waiting on the Grillcraft insert for the hood. Jonas told me 2 weeks ago that they were ready. I'm going on vacation so I haven't hassled him. As they say in Texas, "He's busier than a one-armed paper hanger". I told him I could wait 'til after Sept. 20th.
