Sometimes when i floor it from a standstill it won't even chirp the tires, and other times on the same kind of surface it will leave a few feet of rubber. ALso it will roll a little and then break the tires loose. It's like it takes a while for the computer to realize it's a WOT. COuld it be i have too big of a TB? I have a stock V8 TB with a S-Bolt. Is TPS bad? Could the O2 sensor cause this. What mods will help it from doing this? I have just added an electric fan, and Bernd i know your reading this, so i'm about to be sending you a check for a IAT adjuster. I am getting pulleys this month. Going from 3.55 to 3.9 would help, but i don't have the money to get gears. Thanks for ya'lls input. Oh and if ya wanna see all the mods go to http://www.angelfire.com/la3/finedak
Thanks Again

Try this first Daniel.

Get yourself a 1/4" Pipe Plug from Home Depot and remove your IAT sensor from the manifold. Install the plug into the hole and just hang your IAT sensor somewhere behind the A/C compressor (use a zip-tie to hold it).

It sounds like you're experiencing the same problem that others have as well...temperature changes (hotter or colder) affect the performance. (Hell...even I noticed that from day-one...really sucks.)

The other thing I noticed is the air cleaner you're running...10" round. I ran one of those on my truck just a few months after it was purchased and the performance actually got worse on hot days. After building a "Home Brew" intake tube system with a 6x9" cone near the front of the truck...performance improved on hot days. Then, I relocated the IAT into the intake tube and performance became more consistent on hot days.

I can say this (and you're pretty much doing exactly what I did on my V6...in the same order...after the gear swap, you'll be VERY happy with it...hehehehee. ;)

Ok, like i said i plan on getting the IAT adjuster soon, as soon as i can figure out how to order it (hehe)I was running the stock air box with the tube going to the front grille. I got an extra IAT sensor from work (Auto Zone) and had put it in the tube, it seemed to work good, but at the track it went extremely slow. 17.4, i went 17.1 stock. It was humid thought, got rain delayed. I might try to make me a cold air, i just need to find a 97-00 Air Hat, Thanks Again Bernd.
