You know why we know they are telling the truth???? If they were lying about their competitors products they would get sued.You think that these huge corporations could afford some independet test to discredit Amsoils claims? If they were lying on their labels they would get sued by FTC!!!

I have nothing to add, just wanted you to know your post did not escape me. I have posted nothing negative about competitors products either on DodgeDakotas.com message boards or any other message boards. Perhaps you are upset (angry) because you are afraid to read the truth and give the product a try. You, and 96% of the American population would prefer to believe whatever is stated on a television commercial and that is fine by me.
Have you used Amsoil and run your own independent oil analysis? What were your results? If you did not do this then what are you really trying to say. If not, what facts do you have to share?
Too bad you and others can not find helpful information to post on this website rather than reduce it to the lowest common denominator.
To quote something I read here in the past, "If you use Amsoil, you won't notice any difference for the first five years of ownership, but you will certainly notice a difference the second five years".
I know who stated this but will not give the author credit without his permission.

Hey Cosmo,
I think that it is about time that someone like Steven (A.K.A. The AMSOIL Sponsor) stands up to the "Big Oil Thugs" and provide us with information to help us reduce our dependance on foreign oil and to help us make sound decisions on helping to protect our environment and to preserve our natural resources.
The "Big Oil Thugs" and the "Greedy Automakers" have a lot of interest in the sale of petroleum products (why do you think a Dakota gets such crappy fuel mileage?) and all that the big oil companies are concerned about is for you to use more and more and more.
Fact: Jiffy lube recently announced in an industry magazine that it instructed it's quick lubes to offer $5.00 off for motorists who came in for an oil change at 2,500 miles v/s 3,000 miles.
Jiffy Lube estimated that this would increase the average sizes quick lube revenues by approximately $45,625 per year.
In my opinion the Major oil companies SUCK !!

Wanna know why your Dakota gets crappy fuel mileage? ... Cause the automakers own a whole lotta stock in the oil companies.
And I think that they SUCK too !

Hey DAK owners,
I think ole cosmo got his butt whopped by somebody that was using Amsoil or maybe somebody threw an empty bottle out the window of their DAK and it ended up in his front yard and that made him MAD.

Sandman gave him an intellectual response.
AmsoilSponsor, now what did I do? Suggested we verify facts, think the situation through, use the oil and perform oil analysis ... or find something to post that is helpful to everyone else on this board.
To the rest of you...
Please do not degrade this board with comments of ____ sux, and ruin it for the rest of us. Please leave that nonsense in the chatroom, or better yet the "boys" room.

P.S. Before anyone states negative comments about "any" product ask yourself these questions:
Have you used "product X" and run your own independent analysis? What were your results?
If not, has an associate done so and shared the results with you? What were their results?
Have you seen "independent" lab results posted in a non-biased text book or publication?
If you did none of the above then what are you really trying to say. If not, what facts do you have to share? Where is your "value added", or do you just like to see your own hollow words in print?
