Lesley, i saw your truck and i loved it. What i'm wondering though is your headlights. Where did you get those clear corners, if that's what you call them. I would definitely like to add that to my green 98' dak, ext. cab, 3.9L truck.

If you get the APC's, take some time to epoxy the seams. They are prone to leaking. I got mine at Canadian Tire.
Their performance accessories catalogue (Keystone) is going to be the end of me!

OK, i'm seroiusly about to order the clear corners from www.procarparts.com like John S. said up above. Will this come with installation sheets of some sort? And what tools will i need and would be greatly appreciated if somebody could explain the process of the installation.

It's really easy!
All you need is a torx 10 screwdriver (no other will suffice, trust me). There is one screw in the seam between front and side. After you have removed that, gently pull the light cover away - taking care to remove the tabs all around it from the rubber gasket. There are 3 bulbs in the back - they require a turn before they will pull free. Depending on where you live, you may have to replace one or two of them with amber. I found that there was not a lot of slack in the wiring to work with, so I pulled up some of the slack in the engine bay, and pushed it out the headlight opening, otherwise it is really fiddly and frustrating trying to fit the bulbs into the back of the new part. They just turn, and lock. Fit the tabs on the outside of the new part into the holes in the rubber trim, replace the screw, and you are done.
Oh yeah, mine are the APC Diamond Clears too, I got them from MrTaillight.com. They have rubber vents on the back to prevent condensations, I've never had a problem with them.

OK, thanks for your help lesley, i hope this will help. I have ordered the clear corners but i ordered them from www.procarparts.com It cost me $50.00 with tax and shipping so it's not a bad deal. I'm real excited and can't wait for it to come in. Thks for help.

also if you on the west coast you can get it from Suncoast creations. I recoment the first one though. im in San Diego and could have went to suncoast but i liked the one i got better.

There has been many complaints about them so i cancelled my order AND i also found out that the clear corners get moisture inside em. I didn't do my homeword very good apprently. Will ANYBODY help me out on the best clear corners i can get from the best company???

Drew, I got mine off e-bay. they came from a co in Nebraska i think. its been a while. they are Diamond clear corners. they take about 15 min to install, i think there are like 2 A10 screws in there.

Man, Lesley, i just can't stop look at your truck pics. I love your truck man. It looks awesome. But i do also have another question cause i'm coming up to the occasion where i might buy some new tires. What tires do you have on? And what size? I have 15x6 wheels so will that kind of tire work?

Thanks for the compliments. The rims are 17x10, so the tires are pretty wide and very low profile. They are made by Uniroyal, so I am sure they have some that will fit your wheels.
