just wondering if anyone was planning on going to the california truck jamboree on sunday august 11 at the orange county fairgrounds? i went to the spring jamboree and it was great, and the summer one is supposedly bigger.

I am there. Make sure that they put you in a mini or mid-size. In the spring I was in full size 4x4 and got killed. Hope to see alot of Daks out there

i was actually going as a spectator. my dak is still a few months away of being show worthy. next year ill enter. which dakota was yours? the only 4x4 one i remember was blue at the spring show, i guess that was yours
rtdkota, this show is the truck jamboree and is 95% trucks. i dont think there was any racing but there was a hop contest and burnout competition

Yeah, it was mine. There is a picture of it at www.dodgetruckworld.com under the spring jamboree pics. It is no where near done but for now it will do.

sam, there is no racing at all. but here is the bad part. they want $40 to show and $15 JUST TO WALK AROUND!! WTF?? wait untill october, and go to the severd ties show at california speedway!! its $20-25 to enter and FREE to look... its also a WAY better show... but once again sam, no racing..sorry bud..:-(

No problem.. Going to Tucson for the Truckin Nationals in Oct... Going to be 12-25 RTs there, and other Dakotas/Rams... Good truck show, and of course drag racing!
