At least $21,500 taking the rebate. Some dealers will negotiate with the holdback, some absolutely refuse even though they know you know it exists. Salesman play ignorant. Edmunds is a great place to start your research. Worse case scenario, don't pay any more than $100 over invoice! Most dealers will sell it to you AT invoice without making much of a fuss. With the rebate you can get the truck for $2500 under invoice. Don't even mention the rebate when negotiating the price. Deal with one thing at a time. Price first, then trade, then rebate or financing. Don't let them get you to show your cards. The more options that are on the truck, the more wiggle room you have. I bought the base SXT CC 4x4 so I had a bit less to work with. I took the 0% financing or else I could have had the truck for $18,300! I got it for invoice with a free bedliner. I could have stayed and drawn it out more and got them down a few hundred more but I figured the free factory bedliner was good (about $250 right there). All I wanted was a fair deal and wasn't going to waste my time nickel and diming.

I would buy now, while the 7/70,000 warranty is free and rebates are good!
