Does anyone know of a good method to check for a bad steering box while it's in the truck? I can feel a slight bind as I turn to the right which suddenly releases. I have already replaced the idler arm, pitman arm all 4 tierod ends as well as both lower ball joints. Upper joints look and feel ok. This has improved the handling and reduced the bind but it's still there. Everything I can find points to either the gear box or the pump. these are both expensive components to guess at. Thanks in advance.
