hey guys,
i just installed the new tilt tonno from extang. it was easy and looks great. a few minor things to know but man does it look good and make a big difference with the way my 2001 quad cab look.

bill,
the instructions were fairly easy to read. Some of the steps were already done(ie. tonno was already threaded through the holder). Some steps that were not on the instructions werent(ie. slide snaps on tail gate rail). The entire project took about an hour and a half but was easy with a little mechanical ability. no tools needed. also they tell you to slide the attachment brackets to the foward most pre-drilled holes. you cant because of the way the bed is shaped but it didnt matter. The frame still bolts secure. I also had to adjust the lock down handles. Luckly they put an extra plastic spacer with the handle. It was to tight. After some breaking in i might have to take it back out but for now it looks and works great. Ask if you have any other questions. Where are you buying it from?....greg
