Got the grill in last night and tried starting with the lower. What a pain in the a$$ !!!! Here is a few questions for ya ......

1) (lower grill) Do you put the pieces of the grill in from the front and then try to clip it from behind ??

2) I see how the clips attach but I cant seem to get them on. I cant get the to open up enough to slip on ?

Put the clips in place without the insert, put the step side of the clip on the insert side, try to position the clips to where the holes in the insert lines up with the clip.
Put the insert in from the front use a long screw driver thru the hole in the insert to lift the clip open and just push the insert a little, one clip at a time.
It gets pretty easy after you do a few let me know how it worked for you.
