At work I drive a 2000 Ranger CC with 3.0 v6 and it gets 15-17 mpg all the time. The worst I have got with my Dak is 15 right after I got it, I regurlary get 18-19 mpg mixed, and 22 mpg running 70-80 mph on the highway.

I get 13 with my 98 Dak with 4 wheel drive. Even on the highway I get 15 and that is even with V6. Oh well....if I wanted a car that got excellant gas milage, I wouldn't have gotten rid of my Cavaliar.

I don't know what model their figures represent, but my 02 QC 4.7 is rated 15/20, not the 13/16 they claim.
And yes, mileage wasn't even a consideration.
