Hey yall, I live in College Station, but I'm down here in Austin seeing my brother. We are going to go to that Texas Heat Wave thing, but,.. we don't exactly know how much it costs to get in,.. or when and where it is. If you have any information on that... Please just e-mail me,.. or just post another message on this thread. I'll hopefully see you up there PIMPDADDY DON. I won't be entering my truck because the only thing cool it has is a K&N air filter,.. and a sound system. yippity do da. Anyways... please tell me more about car/truck show. Thanks a bunch.

Hey DON... nice truck man,.. I saw it there. I like what you did with your intake... I'm thinking about doing it to mine,... I have the 2.5 also... I put the regular K&N air filter,.. and it helped... I could tell.. But I wanna know what other things you've done... and I need to know if they help much... i'd like to talk to ya about it sometime,.. e-mail me or something,.. peace out.. and clean truck man,.. one of the best dakotas out there.

Heat wave was a blast. Not really that many dakotas. Still didn't sell the bodykit. I took first in my class. Talk to everyone later.

MAHFUGGIN BEST SHOW YET. Rob and I were at the show together, he took first, and i took second, so it was really cool. As soon as he emails me the pics of our daks with the trophies in front of them, i will post them.

2003, This should be awesome, I know it was last year, and i might enter... but i might not, i'm not sure yet. I hope there are more dakotas at this years, i was disappointed last year in the dakota department. Everyone on here should go. My brother is having a huge party at his house of dakota owners, I hope yall can make it. If you live in Texas and plan on going to texas heat wave show in austin texas on July 18 - 20, call my cell phone. (979)-229-3840. I hope i'll get some calls because we wanna make this a yearly dakota meet as well as a car show.

Dude I will be in the casa, Im entering my dak, I will get there sat morning and get registered and all that. I will give you a call, hay how dose it work. We show on sat and take out ride home at night or leave it there? Anyhow I plan on heading out of dfw firday night.

Texas heat wave was awesome,... have a sun burn from hell. I counted 10 dakota's this year... i was very impressed. We had a 5.9 r/t that was supercharged... it was sweet. Any of you dakota owners that weren't out there really missed out. I hope we can make a bigger appearance next year.

Dude I was there and won 3rd place mild open bed.
It was a super pimp show, was yours the red RT on chrome wheels? I was all the way by the grass on the concreet. IT was a pimp show for sure. I have the black kota.
