Message: So I wired in my new coil today. I must have got the the negative wire on the positive terminal and vice versa for the other wire. well, i fired the truck up without knowing. the engine began to run backward. the fans where pushing air out through the radiators. I put the truck in Drive and it backed up, so i took it for a test drive in reverse. alright, so that didnt really happen.
but i got my new coil in (MSD Blaster 2). and i relocated my IAT sensor. To the stock intake box until i get a CAI. so does it take a while for the truck to run differently or should the improvements be noticeable right away. i figure on a 4000+ pound vehicle a few horsepower added wont be noticeably during normal driving. but every little bit helps right?
