I think it would be cool, just for fun, to have little contests now and then about which Dakota is the best looking (or something like that). Show us some anonymous pics and let us choose. Maybe have a prize for the winner?

I dont mind one bit being third to those two guys.I think it is really sweet how we all have different tastes and approaches to the style of our Daks.They all look good to me!!!!!!!!!Personally I like mine the best of course!!!But I am not as far along as intense99 and sincity they have much more detail under the hood and inside the cab.You guys rock!

That's what I like about the Dakotas vs. many of the other trucks out there... Customization. People can (and do) take their trucks in so many different directions, it really keeps each vehicle unique and fresh, instead of a copy of each other (Xtremes!). Lots of people have great trucks on this board, and even I've got a long way to go before I'll consider my truck complete.
Keep up the good mods!

Thanks for the vote I appreciate it but their are a lot of nicer Dakotas on this Website.  . I personally like the GenII better but thanks GOD for the Gen III they atleast get the recognition from the Aftermarket and am able to scalp some of the ideas and apply them for My Dakota

Thank you for the kind words everyone and I definitely have to agree with SinCity R/T in that variety and individualism is what makes Dakota's and their owners unique. I have always enjoyed visiting sites and other Dakota's in person to see how other people have cusomized theirs.
And I also echo his sentiment that my Dakota is a long ways away from completion. And when it is finally completed it will be time to start over :-)
And this one is for you Rob :-) I have yet to finish updating my web pages with the new photos on my engine bay, but here's a teaser shot :-)
I should have the new photos and info up on my site (along with some other additions) over the next week. I'll be out flat working until Friday evening.

OK I dont know whether to be jealous of you guys, or MAD because I dont have any money to put into my truck right now (and I thought I was cool when I put a cargo net in the rear!)
Anyways, if you guys can give me a quick tutorial on how to post some pics, I can post some of my truck on here.
Keep them coming guys! I'd like to see pics of all the trucks that frequent this site! There simply cannot be a better looking or performing truck out there! In fact, I am really noticing A LOT of Dakota's on the road nowadays. I'll bet they have passed the Ram in sales.
(nice truck SinCity, but I gotta tell ya, when I get my truck on here - you're gonna have a run for your $$$!

Hello
Check out my web page for more pics. I now have clear corners and I removed the stickers on the tailgate and removed the quad cab and slt stickers on the doors. I also moved the passanger dakota sticker forward so it would be the same distance from the edge of the door as the driver side. I do not have pics of the changes yet but maby this weekend when she is all clean.
