All,
I need some help on something.
Ok I got a used 2000 Dakota S/C and its been a real big hassel to get repairs done on it and its been in the shop at least 40 times in the past 6 months. Yes I been driving a damn VW beetle rental and it sucks too!! I am tired of paying for a POS truck that I am making payments on and giving allot of problems. I been trying to sell it or trade it in but no dealerships whats it.
Is there any WAY I can get rid of this truck w/o doing it as an REPO???
Please help :(

Have you looked into a lemon law claim?? I don't know the details but if you have some kind of major problem three times during the initial warranty period they have to eat the damn thing. Look into it.

Well I tried leaving my truck at the nearest GHETTO park and I went to check on it this morning and I notice that someone broke the driver side window, took my CDs and stole my center caps off of my rims. Now I have to pay my insurance deductable to get it all fixed. This is not funny. I am going to burn that damn truck!! ArrrgggHHh!!

well it was a way to hope to take the whole damn car at the same time??
No but it was only about 6-cds. I mean if it was under investigation..... dont you think if I empty out the whole truck that maybe its obvious that the insurance company maybe wanted it to get stolen on purpose??? Wait then again.. the theif would steel the whole truck and burn it,, right??
So no this is not a BS Flag... please put it down!

You got to watch what you say on an open board like this,Things can be TRACED like your E-mail address so if your truck does come up missing or catch fire the Insurance company will take a hard look at you.Here in Florida Statefarm is down-loading the info from the PCM under DRB III and I think 2000 and up Dakotas are DRB III.Put a FOR SALE sign on it and sell it to a FORD GUY!!

When you go to the Ghetto, make sure you make contact with one of the local inhabitants. Give him $20 and ask him to burn it for you.
Or else "take it off roading" and bail out right before you run it into a tree. make sure you total it. or drive it into a lake...........

Thanks all!
I just plan on fixing the repairs that was done to it and I am one more time just going to put a For Sale sign on it and see what happens. More then likely I will just take a huge loss and then get a Nissan or Toyota. All I need is a small 4x4 truck,,, but dependable at that.
