The M3 is .9 seconds faster in the 0-60, is roomier, and is worth $7K more than the S4. Hmmmm. ; )

my opinion is that the M3 looks so muscular, there isnt any competition between the two. it is simply a great looking car.

I'd go with the S4...there are a few easy ways to get a lot more power out of that twin-turbo'ed V6... (Can you say "more boost"?)
