I finaly got my new DAK 2001 Qc Sport 287ci with 3.55 2wd.
This baby is fast and a hole lot of fun to drive. I am supprised about the suspenssion being so smouth for a pickup truck compared to my 1999 Grandam GT i traded it for. I would not sell or trade this truck for anything! This is actualy the first time that i enjoy driving. Thanks Dodge for making an affordable small truck that is so neat to drive.
I will be looking into replacing the stock muffler for a Flowmaster Delta Flow 40 series. Any one done this before? is it hard to do? Is the tail pipe and front pipe welded to the muffler or are they just clamped to the muffler?
Any help would be APPRECIATED.
I am looking to find out if there is a Dak club in Ottawa, Ontario , Canada or close to. Let me know.

On my 00 dakota the tailpipe is clamped to the muffler but I still had to hack it off because the clamp indented the pipes a little. I replaced it with a cat-back flowmaster 40 series 2-chamber muffler. It sounds really nice and is very loud. The delta flow is not as loud but should still sound pretty sweet.
