 Subject: Factory wheels/tire size.

I read where the 15x8 rims came factory w/255-65-15's. Can anyone tell me if that's true? I replaced my 15x7's w/215-75-15 tires with 15x8's and am running 245-75-15's tires on them.

My 97 15x8's came with 31x10.50x15's

My 98 Dak CC came with 31X10.5X15. I believe that all the Daks that came with the Sport Package and road handling all had that tire size. Atleast that is what the dealer told me when I asked about the right tire for the truck.

I have a 2000 CC, It came from the factory with 255/65/15's mounted on 15X8 wheels

stock 255 65 R16 on my Q C I'm going to put 255 55 18's on it soon.

So does this mean that the ones I put on (15x8) w/255x65x15 would make my speedo off? I would think it would. And I would love to go that small on tires.

I don't know what the stock tire size is on your truck but the 2002 has a dia. of almost 29.00 in.
255 65 15's are 28.1 3% smaller the 235 75 15's are almost the same 28.9 less than .5 % smaller.
