Subject: Buying Rollers What about? IP: Logged
Message: Ok Ive made up my mind that im going to go w/ 1.7 roller rockers and have a few ?s First off some one told me to go w/ Solid Roller lifters. Ok is this somthing I should do how much is it and who makes the best ones? Second What about stiffer valve springs? And who makes the best ones.I plan on buying this stuff in the next 30 days if the lifters and springs arent to much more.

Message: DO NOT run solid roller lifters--- you've got a hydralic roller cam-- Heavier valve springs are recommended for 5500+ rpms... as well as guide plates and longer pushrods.

I sell the Crower Roller Rockers (you can bolt them on your stock heads, stock springs, and keep the rpms below 5500 rpm and you can run the standard kit, above 5500 rpm you'll need the rev kit-- longer pushrods/guideplates.) Again, heavier valve springs are recommended above 5500 rpm..
